Why We Built This Site
Nuckolls County court files are kept through two clerk offices, so the first practical question is which court holds the case. Nuckolls County Court maintains traffic, misdemeanor, probate, juvenile, small-claims, and ordinance matters. The Nebraska District Court, Tenth Judicial District, handles district civil, felony trial, domestic-relations, protection-order, and related district records. This site organizes the official routes without replacing the court record.
The statewide JUSTICE One-Time Court Case Search, Court Calendar, and clerk offices each provide different information. The purpose is to make that distinction clearer before a person contacts a clerk or depends on an online result.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference resource. It has no authority to act for the Nebraska District Court, Tenth Judicial District, Nuckolls County Court, Lana Svoboda, Diane Wehrman, or any public agency.
- We cannot retrieve an official case file, docket sheet, or certified record.
- We cannot set, reset, change, or confirm a hearing on behalf of a court.
- We cannot file, seal, alter, or remove a court entry.
- We cannot give legal advice about a charge, order, or deadline.
- We cannot promise that a public listing, fee, telephone number, or setting is current.
Only the clerk or court that maintains a case can issue its official or certified court record. Public information should be verified with that custodian.
Search Partners
Some pages carry search boxes operated by third-party providers. Those providers control their own services, charges, results, and privacy practices. A paid signup through one of those tools may generate a referral fee that supports the resource, but it does not change who maintains the official court record.
